Job Description
Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 driver looking for an exciting opportunity in the Chepstow area? We are recruiting on behalf of a top supermarket retailer for drivers to deliver stock between stores and depots. This role offers flexibility with full-time and part-time positions available, as well as day and night shifts to suit your lifestyle.

What you’ll be doing:
* Safely operating an HGV Class 1 vehicle to deliver stock to stores and depots
* Loading and unloading goods as required, ensuring accuracy and care
* Conducting daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects
* Managing delivery schedules and routes efficiently to meet deadlines
* Maintaining compliance with all driving, safety and company policies
* Communicating effectively with depot and store teams to resolve issues promptly
* Keeping accurate delivery and vehicle records
What we’re looking for:
* Valid UK HGV Class 1 licence with CPC and digital tachograph card
* Proven experience driving Class 1 vehicles, preferably in retail or grocery deliveries
* Excellent knowledge of the Chepstow area and surrounding routes
* Strong focus on safety, punctuality and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work day or night shifts and full or part-time hours
