Job Description

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Norwich area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team.

Shifts: Run across Monday to Sunday (Ad-hoc, part time, full time)

Hours:

  * Trunk - between 9am - 17:00pm start

Pay Rate:

  * 

    Trunk - £17.50 rising to £18.25 between 10pm - 6am

Location: Norwich, NR6

Job Type: Temporary/Ad-hoc/ Ongoing

The role:

  * 

    The driver will be trunking to a set hub but will also be required to make collections along the way

  * 

    Freight is palletised so driver's maty be required to use a pallet truck at times

Requirements:

  * Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).

  * Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.

  * 12 months minimum experience required

  * No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).

  * Full understanding of WTD legislation.

  * Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.

  * Excellent communication skills.

  * A safety-first mindset.
