Job Description
CLASS 1 DRIVERS - DAYS OR NIGHTS
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 0600 or 1800 STARTS
Pay: £17.00 PER HOUR DAYS - £18.00 PER HOUR NIGHTS
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join our well-established client based in Middleton, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Rates of Pay
£17.00 per hour Monday - Friday days
£18.00 hour Monday - Friday nights
Day to Day Duties
Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
Complete 2-4 store deliveries per shift
Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
Carry out vehicle inspections and report any faults to management
Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner
Communicate any issues / delays effectively
Abide by all working time rules and regulations
Complete any necessary paperwork
Essential Skills
Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
At least twelve months experience driving Category CE vehicles
Hold a valid CPC and digital tachograph card
No more than six points for MINOR offences (No IN10, DR10, DD10)
Good customer service and communication skills
Desirable Experience
Experience with store deliveries would be an advantage
Training
Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
Paid site induction
