Job Description
Job Title: Class 1 Driver / LGV 1 Driver / HGV 1 Driver / CE Driver
Location: Banbury
Contract Type: Ongoing until end of 2025
Shifts: Monday to Friday – AM starts (03:00 / 06:00)
Pay Rates: £17.16 p/h basic (up to 50 hrs) | £22.30 p/h OT (over 50 hrs)

Key Details

Nationwide store deliveries
*
4–5 deliveries per shift
*
Average 10-hour shifts
*
Unloading lightweight stock at delivery points
*
Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional standard
Responsibilities
*
Follow all company procedures and regulations
*
Manage working time in line with tachograph rules
*
Complete daily vehicle checks
*
Deliver goods safely and on time
*
Maintain professional behaviour and appearance
Requirements
*
Valid UK Class 1 (CE) driving licence
*
Minimum 180 days Class 1 driving experience in the UK within the last 2 years
*
Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR or IN endorsements)
*
Valid CPC (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card
*
Strong knowledge of driver hours and regulations
*
Positive attitude and flexible approach
