Job Description
HGV 1 DRIVERS REQUIRED FOR LONG TERM ONGOING WORK FIXED SHIFTS AVAILABLE
LGV1, HGV1, C+E, LGV 1, HGV 1, CLASS 1 DRIVERS WELCOME
Staffline is currently recruiting up to 21 x HGV Class 1 drivers with immediate starts for our Food
Distribution client based in Tamworth. Clean Trunking Work with curtain sider. Brand New Fleet. Good long hours available.

2 x 22:00 Mon-Fri
2 x 00:00 Mon-Fri
2 x 12:00 Mon-Fri
2 x 15:00 Sun-Thu
5 x 16:00 Mon-Fri
1 x 11:00 Mon-Fri
2 x 23:00 Tue-Sat
2 x 01:00 Mon-Fri
1 x 21:00 Sun-Thu
PAYE rates as follows:
Weekday/Weekend Rota's available (5 days):
- Monday to Friday Days - £16.46 per hour
- Monday to Friday Nights - £18.27 per hour
- Saturdays - Day £17.78 / Night £19.59 per hour
- Sundays - Day £18.93 / Night £20.74 per hour
£50 Bonus for working both Saturday and Sunday
£25 Bonus for 5th or 6th shift, depending on Shift Pattern worked.
Your Time at Work
As an HGV Class 1 driver, the work will involve Class 1 Depot Trunking work delivering food around the UK. Our client is offering long shifts with average 11+ hours and Part time HGV drivers are also welcome.
Assessment Required - Ongoing work available until the end of the year. Shifts booked a week in advance.
Our Perfect Worker
As an HGV LGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have:
- 6 months HGV driving experience
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC
