Job Description
HGV Class 1 Driver – Afternoon Trunk Run (Exeter to Coventry)
Location: Exeter
Shift Time: 15:00 start | Approx. 9-hour shift
Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour
Contract: Ongoing until Christmas (potential to continue after Christmas)
We’re currently looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Driver to cover an afternoon trunk run from Exeter to our Coventry and back.
Key Details:
15:00 departure from Exeter hub
Trailer swap and break at Coventry hub
Approx. 9-hour shift
Work expected to continue until Christmas, with possible extension
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
CPC and Digital Tacho Card
Maximum of 6 penalty points on licence (no major endorsements)
Previous trunking experience preferred
