Job Description
DCT Recruitment are currently looking for HGV Class 1 drivers to support a busy contract from their Wrexham site.
We have ongoing work available on Fridays and Sundays, with additional weekday shifts starting from next week. Ideal for drivers seeking casual shifts or ongoing full-time work.
Job Type:Drop and swap – no handball
Trailer Type:Double deck box trailers
Shift Length: Minimum 10 hours (some 12+ hour runs)
Routes:Wrexham to Worcester and back
Start Times Available:
Sundays: 15:00 | 19:00 | 21:30
Sunday–Thursday: 20:30 start (starting Wednesday)
Pay Rates (Umbrella):
Weekdays: £190 per shift
Weekends:£210 per shift
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
Driver CPC and Tachograph card
Minimum 1-year experience preferred
No more than 6 penalty points
Good communication skills and reliability
