Job Description
HGV Class 1 Night Shift Trunk Driver, Paisley, £18.90 per hour
We are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers to work in Paisley, Glasgow
Night Shift with start times from 8pm till midnight
A competitive pay rate of £18.90 per hour
Time and a half for all hours worked over standard 45 hour working week
Opportunity of a permanent contract after 13 weeks workedWhat to expect as a HGV Class 1 Driver
Carrying out daily vehicle checks ensuring health & safety standards adhered to
Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Collecting stock from other depots and returning to Glasgow base
Dropping stock at other depots and returning cages / pallets to Glasgow base
Ensuring load secure and safe for transitWhat we're looking for
Minimum of 1-year practical driving experience
Full driving licence with C+E entitlement
CPC qualification - full and up to date
Digital tachograph
Maximum of 6 penalty points
A solid work history
