Job Description
Interaction Recruitment Milton Keynes are looking for 3 x HGV Class 1 night shunters to work out of a busy distribution centre based in Marston GAte, Bedford.
The role involves shunting trailers (around 15-20) per night between the Marston Gate and overflow yard 1.5 miles away using a unit, not a shunt tug.
You will be required to use your tacho card for this as you will be driving on a public highway.
Start time is 19:00 and this is an 8 hour shift per night.
Pay is £18.90 per hour PAYE
You must have a minimum of 6 months driving experience using Class 1 and be confident in reversing and coupling up trailers.
