HGV Class 1 Night Drivers – Ongoing Work

Location: Warrington
Pay: £925 per week
Hours: Approximately 10-12 hours per shift
Start times: Between midnight and 2:00am
Shifts available: Monday to Friday or weekends

We are currently recruiting reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for ongoing trunking work. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for regular night work, consistent shift lengths and a choice between weekday and weekend schedules.

The role

  * Carrying out straightforward depot-to-depot trunking

  * Starting between midnight and 2:00am

  * Working approximately 10-12 hours per shift

  * Completing all required vehicle and delivery documentation

  * Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks

  * Operating safely and professionally at all times

  * Following drivers’ hours, Working Time Directive and company procedures

Shift options

  * Monday to Friday

  * Weekend shifts

  * Ongoing work available

Requirements

  * A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence

  * A valid Driver CPC card

  * A valid Digital Tachograph Card

  * A good understanding of drivers’ hours and road transport regulations

  * A professional and dependable approach

  * Previous trunking or night-driving experience is preferred

Shift Patterns Available:

Monday to Friday.

Tuesday to Saturday.

Wednesday to Sunday.

Start times between 9pm and 2am.

10-12 hour shifts.

Work Details:

Box trailer work.

Night trunking work.

No handballing mainly RDC and some Store work.

Pre Induction before first shift.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year Class 1 (C+E) experience.

Maximum 6 points on licence.

Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

Reliable and professional attitude
