Job Description

Class 1 HGV Tramper – Temp to Perm 🚚

Location: Doncaster
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Monday - Friday (tramping with 4 nights out)
Pay: £18ph including advanced holiday pay (£27 per night)

The role:

As a Class 1 Tramper based out of Doncaster, you’ll carry out UK wide deliveries, working independently while representing our client with professionalism on every job. This role involves night-outs Monday to Friday, no weekend work, and steady year-round runs.

Key responsibilities:

  * UK wide deliveries and collections in a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle

  * Tramping with 4 nights out per week

  * Daily vehicle checks and reporting defects promptly

  * Using in-cab systems and completing paperwork accurately

  * Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable vehicle

What we are looking for:

  * Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence

  * Valid CPC and Tacho card

  * Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving (tramping experience beneficial)

  * Strong work ethic and reliability

  * Flexibility with working hours and routes
