Class 2 HGV Driver | Salford | £18 p/h (LTD) | Ongoing Role

We are seeking a professional Class 2 (Cat C) Driver.
Regular ongoing work, monday to friday.
 
Contract in Salford. This role is perfect for a reliable driver who takes pride in vehicle care and customer service.

The Role
Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour (LTD)
Start Time: 08:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
Vehicle: 18T Curtain-Sided Trailer
Workload: 8-10 multi-drop deliveries per day - round 45 hrs a week
Location: Salford 

Key Responsibilities
Tail Lift Operation: Safely operating the tail lift and pallet truck to complete street-level deliveries.
Curtain Side Management: Efficiently opening and securing curtains for side-loading/unloading.
Route Planning: Navigating 8-10 drops across the North West while maintaining a professional schedule.
Safety First: Conducting daily walk-around checks and ensuring all loads are securely restrained.
Candidate Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 - years (Category C) license, CPC, and Digital Tachograph card.
Proven experience with tail lift operations and multi-drop environments.
Maximum 6 points (No DD, DR, or IN endorsements).
Physically fit and capable of managing palletised goods.
