The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Woolwich area. We are looking for experienced Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, start time 6pm (approximately 8-hour shifts on average) with occasional weekend availability.
Pay Rate: £16.40 per hour
Location: Woolwich, SE18.
Job Type: Temporary to permanent.
The role:
· Load dirty laundry cages onto the Class 2 vehicle at the main depot
· Prepare the small base truck for daily operations.
· Travel to Haverfield Site
· Unload using tail lift
· Load clean laundry cages back onto the Class 2 vehicle and return to site
Requirements:
· Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
· Have at least 1 year of experience driving the relevant vehicle.
· Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
· No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
· Full understanding of WTD legislation.
