Job Description

Class 2 Driver (Cat C)📍 Brimsdown, Enfield
💷 £18.00 per hour

The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Class 2 (Cat C) Driver to join our busy pallet distribution operation based in Brimsdown, Enfield.

This is a customer-facing role involving the delivery and collection of palletised goods to both residential and commercial properties. Drivers start at 08:15 AM and typically complete two runs per day, carrying out deliveries during the morning and early afternoon before completing customer collections later in the day.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class 2 curtain-sided vehicle.

Deliver palletised freight to residential and commercial customers.

Complete afternoon collections on behalf of customers.

Load and unload pallets using a tail lift and pump truck.

Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

Complete delivery paperwork and PODs accurately.

Provide professional customer service at all times.

Follow all transport, health & safety, and company procedures.

Requirements
Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence.

Valid Driver CPC qualification.

Digital Tachograph Card.

Previous experience in pallet network, multidrop, or general haulage work.

Confident using:

Tail lifts

Pump trucks

Curtain-sided vehicles

Good understanding of safe loading and unloading practices.

Strong communication and time management skills.

A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
