Job Description

HGV Class 2 Drivers – Haydock 

Days  | Immediate starts

Days £17.93 
	
Nights £19.05
	
Saturdays - £20.17
	
Sundays £21.29

The role

Shift: 06:00 – 17:00  (10 hour shifts ) 
	
Location: Haydock
	
Vehicle: Curtain-side 18-tonne Class 2
	
Work: Multidrop palletised freight, including deliveries and collections
	
Equipment: Tail lift and manual pump truck
	
Area: North West
	
Additional requirement: Potential for second runs on busier days, with drivers returning empty to base where required
	
Delivering pallets of wholesale soft drinks and alcohol to retail and hospitality clients using pallet pump truck. 

Requirements

You must have:

A valid UK HGV Class 2 licence 
	
A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card 
	
No more than 6 points on your licence 
	
Minimum of 6 months experience
	
Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and Working Time rules 
	
A reliable and professional approach
