Job Description
HGV Class 2 Driver – Quedgeley, Gloucester, Start Times: Between 04:15 – 06:00, Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour (PAYE), Shifts: Monday to Friday – Ad-hoc or Full-Time, Location: Free on-site parking available
We’re recruiting reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Drivers for a well-established manufacturer based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. This role involves making between 2 to 10 drops per day, delivering high-quality goods using tail lifts, pallet trucks, and sack trucks. The job includes manual handling, moving units and boxes, and may also involve some 7.5T driving—all paid at the same rate.
What You’ll Need:
A valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving license
Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
Maximum of 9 points for minor offences
A positive, professional attitude and willingness to handball
Be physically fit and ready for manual work
What You’ll Get:
£14.00 per hour, minimum 8 hours pay per day
Weekly pay every Friday – PAYE only
Choose your own work schedule – ad-hoc or full-time
