Job Description
Pertemps are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work with our client based in Lincoln.
This is an ongoing role delivering and collecting goods across the region. The position offers regular Monday to Friday work with competitive pay, flexible start times between 8am and 10am, and manageable drops and collections each day.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
Start times between 8am and 10am
8–10 hour shifts
Pay rate:
£19.00 per hour (PAYE)
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out 3–4 bulk deliveries and 4 collections per day.
Ensure goods are transported safely and securely.
Complete vehicle checks in line with company and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records.
Provide excellent customer service at delivery and collection points.
Adhere to all health & safety, and driving regulations.
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
Minimum 2 years’ professional HGV driving experience.
Good understanding of driver hours and regulations.
Reliable, professional, and customer focused.
