Job Description

HGV Class 2 Drivers - Newly Passed Welcome 
 
Staffline are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client based in Bridgwater (TA6). We are particularly keen to speak with newly qualified drivers who have a strong driving background and are ready to progress into Class 2 roles. 
 
Shift Patterns Available - We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities: 
Full-Time Options: 
Sunday - Thursday (5 shifts) 
Tuesday - Saturday (5 shifts) 
 
Part-Time (Minimum 3 days per week): 
Ideally covering weekends: 
Friday - Sunday 
Saturday - Monday 
 
Start Times 
AM shifts between 03:00 - 07:00 
 
Pay Rates (PAYE) 
Weekday: £17.88 per hour 
Weekend: £22.35 per hour 
Overtime (after 42 hrs): £26.25 per hour 
Bank Holidays: £26.82 per hour 
Cage bonus: £10 - £12.50 per shift 
 
Your Time at Work 
As a Class 2 driver, your role will involve delivering to smaller stores, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time while adhering to strict health and safety procedures. 
 
Our Perfect Worker 
- Newly passed Class 2 drivers welcome 
- Must have recent driving experience (e.g. 7.5t, large vans such as Sprinters, or similar) 
- Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR, DD or IN codes) 
- Valid Digi Tacho & CPC 
- Physically capable of handling cages and pallets
