Location: Norwich, NR7
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver who enjoys variety in your day-to-day role? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment?
Gap Personnel is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent HGV Class 2 Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a growing team based in Norwich (NR7). This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s confident behind the wheel and happy to get stuck into warehouse tasks when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Completing multi-drop deliveries using an HGV Class 2 vehicle
Supporting with vehicle loading and unloading
Assisting the warehouse team with general day-to-day operations
Handling late or special delivery requests with a professional attitude
Flagging any potential delivery issues early to maintain customer satisfaction
Working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth operations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
A valid HGV Class 2 licence and up-to-date Driver CPC
A flexible, can-do attitude
Good communication skills and a strong team player mindset
Willingness to take on warehouse duties in addition to driving
