Job Description
Driver Hire Gatwick are pleased to advertise for a CLASS 2 HGV plant and machinery delivery driver. The role will include delivering and collecting plant and machinery between the client depot and client location (both residential or commercial)
As well as a full UK Class 2 driving license, you will need to have a "Plant Moving and Strapping Down Certificate" (N120)
What you will need
* Full UK Class 2 driving license
* In date CPC and tacho card
* No more than 6 penalty points on your license
* No DD, IN or other serious offenses
* Experience using a beaver tail
What will be expected of you
* Professional attitude to driving
* Good customer service with well spoken English
* Daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects when necessary
* Safe loading/unloading of plant and machinery
What you can expect
* £18 per hour Umbrella
* Ongoing work with the possibility of temp to perm for the right candidate
* Immediate start
* weekly pay
