Job Title: Class 2 Refuse Driver
Location: Dunmow, Little Canfield.
Company Overview:
Our client, based in Uttlesford, is looking for dedicated Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join their team for an ongoing contract in the Stansted, Uttlesford, Bishop Stortford, Little Canfield, and surrounding areas.
Role Overview:
As a Class 2 Refuse Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Class 2 refuse vehicle, collecting household, recycled, and green waste from primarily residential areas. This is a hands-on role that involves both driving and occasional loading duties.
Schedule:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 06:30 - 16:30Pay:
Base Rate: £15.20 per hourQualifications:
Valid Driver CPC
HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Clean driving record (no DD/DR endorsements)
Maximum of 6 penalty pointsResponsibilities:
Safely collect and transport household, recycled, and green waste from residential addresses.
Operate the refuse vehicle to collect refuse/recycling from designated areas and dispose of it at approved waste collection sites.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete all required paperwork accurately.
Perform both driving and loading duties as directed by the supervisor.Benefits:
