HGV Class 2 Sweeper Driver (Temp to Perm)
Location: Barnsley
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (4 nights away)
Salary: £17.37 per hour + £25.00 per evening expense
About the role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated HGV Class 2 Sweeper Driver to join our client on a temp to perm basis, located in Barnsley. You’ll be responsible for driving and operating a road sweeper vehicle to maintain clean construction sites, and industrial areas.
Key responsibilities:
* Operate a Class 2 sweeper vehicle safely and efficiently
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
* Work across various sites
* Ensure compliance with all transport and safety regulations
What we are looking for:
* Valid HGV Class 2 Licence
* Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card (essential)
* Proven experience driving sweepers
* Strong understanding of driver hours and regulations
