HGV Class 1 Drivers Needed – Flexible Ad Hoc Shifts Across London & Essex
Location: CM Postcode Area | Deliveries Across: Essex & London Start Date: Immediate

We’re recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ad hoc shifts with a wide range of respected clients across the CM postcode area.

What You’ll Be Doing
  * Delivering a variety of goods across Essex & London and surrounding areas
  * Driving well-maintained HGV Class 1 vehicles
  * Handling manual tasks including loading and unloading
  * Ensuring safe, timely, and accurate deliveries
  * Navigating London’s roads with confidence—London driving experience is a bonus
  * Representing Driver Hire with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
  * Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
  * CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
  * Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-drop or commercial deliveries
  * Maximum 6 points on your licence
  * Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  * Strong communication, punctuality, and reliability
  * Familiarity with London’s road network is advantageous
  * A flexible, customer-focused mindset
Pay & Perks
  * £18.49 per hour (This includes 12.07% Holiday pay )
  * Majority of shifts are guaranteed 10 hours
