Job Description
Are you a dependable and experienced HGV Class 1 night driver? Join a growing, well-established company based in Gloucester offering long-term job security, great earning potential, and a supportive team environment.
Position Details:
We are recruiting for a full-time, HGV Class 1 night driver. You’ll work Monday to Friday, with consistent evening start times between 18:00 and 20:00, paying £18 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle during night shifts
Carry out pre-use vehicle checks and report any defects
Trunking work, no handball
Maintain accurate and timely delivery records
Comply with all road safety and health & safety regulations
Maintain professional communication with transport and site teamsRequirements:
Full, valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
Current CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
A solid understanding of road safety and driver compliance
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Previous experience preferred, especially with night drivingReady to Apply?
