Work This Summer at Co-op and Guarantee Your Autumn Shifts

ADR Network is rewarding committed HGV drivers with a guaranteed minimum of 28 shifts during the months of October and November 2026.

How to Qualify

  1. Work at an ADR Network-managed Co-op Andover from 5th July 2026

  2. Complete shifts in at least 7 of the 9 weeks between 5th July and 6th September 2026

  3. Achieve a minimum average of 3.5 shifts per week across those qualifying weeks

What You'll Receive

Drivers who meet the qualifying criteria will be guaranteed a minimum of 28 shifts during October and November 2026.

These shifts may be offered at any ADR Network client depot within a 20-mile radius of Co Op Andover, providing you with greater work security and earning certainty throughout the autumn period.

Terms & Conditions

Drivers must complete shifts at an ADR Network-managed Co-op Andover’s depot in at least 7 of the 9 weeks between 5th July and 6th September 2026 and achieve a minimum average of 3.5 shifts per week across those qualifying weeks. Qualifying drivers will be offered 28 shifts during October and November 2026 at ADR Network client depots located within a 20-mile radius of their qualifying Co-op depot. Drivers must remain available for suitable assignments and comply with ADR Network policies and procedures
