Job Description
HGV Driver/Valeter
Our client is seeking a HGV Driver Valeter, to collect, deliver and valet customer vehicles in lined with manufacturer service intervals:

Working Hours
8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday ( or Monday to Thursday)
42.5 Basic Weekly Hours (Part time 4 day week if required)
Monday to Friday (Flexible)
Flexible approach to working hours
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Cleaning sold and stock vehicles to a high standard.
* Cleaning vehicles externally with a high-powered pressure washer.
* Using a high-powered vacuum to clean and shampoo vehicle interiors.
* Complying with health and safety procedures while working with chemicals.
* Making sure that all equipment and machinery is properly maintained and secure at all times, reporting any defects and complying with manufacturers’ instructions and PPE recommendations.
* Working to set timeframes and targets.
* Completing a daily record of work completed.
* Other duties to support the branch as required.
* Collection and delivery of sales and service vehicles
* Presenting vehicles for MOT at DVSA approved sites
* Any other reasonable duties
Person Specification
* Prior knowledge of the automotive industry.
* Full UK driving licence. (minimum HGV Class 2)
* High level of attention to detail.
* Self-motivation with the ability to work as part of a teamBefore You Apply
