HGV Driver / Yard Person
Job Title - HGV Driver / Yard Person
Salary – £32'760 per annum + Overtime
Hours – Monday to Friday – 7am to 5pm
My client, a well-established commercial dealership with depots across the South is actively seeing to employ an experienced HGV Driver / Yard Person based at a depot in the Portsmouth area.
HGV Driver / Yard Person job role:
Arranging and controlling vehicle movements in the yard
Presenting Vehicles for MOT
Collection and delivery of Trailers
Cleaning of vehicles
General tidying of workshop
Other ad hoc duties
Requirements for HGV Driver / Yard Person:
Previous experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver / Yard Person is essential
Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
Must have own tools
Must hold a valid Class 1 licence
