£34,000 to £36,000 + Full Training in Teaching + Mon-Fri Days based role, 08:30 to 17:00 + Holiday + Pension
Are you an HGV Mechanic or from a Heavy Plant background looking for a career change?
Do you want to move in a training role working with the leading agricultural manufacturing company where you will help the next generation of top agricultural engineers?
In this role you will be working on the John Deere apprenticeship program, arranging and conducting skills assessments, training courses and delivering and managing all components of learners progress.
The ideal candidate will be an HGV mechanic who wants to come out of the industry into a training role offering training in teaching and agricultural equipment.
This is a brilliant opportunity to move off the tools and into a days-based role, working with a leading name in the agricultural industry, with their top apprentices.
The Role:
* Agricultural Trainer on the John Deere apprenticeship program
* Arranging and conducting skills assessments, training courses and delivering and managing all components of learners progress
* Full training in teaching provided as well as in agricultural equipment
The Person:
* HGV Mechanic / Heavy plant background working on maintenance / diagnostics for large machinery or vehicles
* Looking to move into a role training apprentices
