Job Description
Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a number of Class 1 Shunter Drivers for our client established client based in Derby. This role is purely internal site movements.
Duties/Role
• Predominantly the movement of trailers conducted on a TUG tractor unit, ensuring the logistics operation can operate efficiently.
• Full training given.
• Shunting around the yard ensuring kit is prepared for delivery.
• Load and unload goods, in a safe manner
• On going work and possibility of permanent employment if desired.
Essentials
• An LGV Class 1 licence with a minimum of 12 months experience, with no more than 6 pts for minor offences.
• Valid and in date CPC and Digi Card.
• Working knowledge of working time regulations.
Rates
• £16.19 for rotating shifts (AM / PM weekly), £21.73 after 45 hours, £28.97 weekends.
• £17.72 PM shift, £24.20 after 45 hours, £32.27 weekendsBefore You Apply
