Job Description
On behalf of our valued client, a leading waste management company based in Theale, we are seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Skip Drivers to join their team.
As an HGV Class 2 Skip Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe delivery, exchange, and collection of skips to a diverse customer base. You will play a vital role in maintaining our client's reputation for prompt and professional service.
Responsibilities:
* Safely operate HGV Class 2 skip vehicles for the delivery, exchange, and collection of skips.
* Provide excellent customer service to both domestic and commercial clients.
* Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Berkshire and surrounding areas.
* Ensure accurate completion of delivery and collection paperwork.
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
* Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws and EU driving regulations.
* Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.
Requirements:
* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
* Valid Driver CPC qualification & tacho card
* No more than 6 points due to insurance
Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 06:30am- 16:30
* Overtime and weekend’s available.
