HGV Supervisor
Salary: £52,500-£62,000
Location: Brighouse
The Role: We’re looking for an experienced HGV Supervisor to lead a busy operation — 100% off the tools. You’ll be responsible for overseeing technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining excellent service standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities as a HGV Supervisor:
Supervise and support the team of technicians
Allocate work and monitor progress through the shift
Organise and coordinate drivers to ensure smooth logistics
Communicate with customers to provide updates and manage expectations
Review job cards and ensure accurate completion of all documentation
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and workshop efficiencyRequirements as a HGV Supervisor
Proven experience running a team within an HGV or commercial vehicle workshop
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Knowledge of Keyloop (Drive) software is highly desirable
