HGV Technician / PSV Technician
 Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £175 per day + overtime

The Role of the HGV Technician
We’re hiring an experienced HGV Technician / PSV Technician to join a leading UK bus operator in Basingstoke. You’ll play a key role in keeping a modern fleet safe, compliant, and on the road.

Responsibilities of the HGV Technician 

Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
Conduct MOT preparation and safety checks
Ensure all work meets DVSA and company standards
Complete job cards and documentation accurately 
What We’re Looking for from the HGV Technician 

Experience as an HGV, PSV, or Bus Technician
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (preferred)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
A safety-first mindset
