We’re recruiting an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Northampton. With early and late shift options available, this position is ideal for technicians who want flexibility while working in a modern, well-equipped environment.

Your day-to-day

  * Servicing and repairing HGVs to manufacturer standards

  * Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

  * Carrying out inspections, safety checks and MOT preparation

  * Working efficiently to keep vehicles on the road

  * Completing job cards and workshop paperwork accurately

What we’re looking for

  * Level 3 HGV / Heavy Vehicle qualification

  * Previous commercial vehicle experience

  * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

  * Ability to work independently and within a team

  * Positive, professional attitude
