Are you a skilled HGV Mechanic looking to join a close-knit, supportive team where your expertise is truly valued? We’re a long-established, family-run business specialising in commercial vehicle and plant hire — and we’re looking for the right person to help us maintain our growing fleet of 500+ vehicles, ranging from light commercials to 32T lorries.

What You'll Be Doing
* Routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance of a diverse fleet
* Pre-MOT checks and diagnostics
* Carrying out mechanical repairs efficiently and safely
* Completing internal documentation and job cards
* Responding to vehicle breakdowns when required
* Minimising vehicle downtime to keep operations running smoothly
* Working collaboratively with a team of experienced mechanics
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance (or equivalent)
* Own set of tools
* Full UK driving licence (HGV licence is a plus, but not essential)
* Experience working on plant machinery or light commercial vehicles is desirable
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
* Alternate Saturdays, 7:00am – 12:00pm (just 5 hours)
