HGV Fitters / Mechanics / Technicians Wanted
Location: Chesterfield, S43
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour / £39,520 per year

We're looking for skilled and dedicated HGV Fitters, Mechanics, or Technicians to join our highly successful Client.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Performing routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on HGVs and LCVs
* Conducting vehicle inspections and diagnostics (mechanical & electrical)
* Carrying out roadside repairs as required
* Using technical software and IT systems for diagnostics and reporting
* Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
* A formal qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Goods Vehicle Repair or similar)
* Previous experience in an HGV and LCV workshop environment
* Strong diagnostic skills, both mechanical and electrical
* Good IT skills and the ability to use vehicle diagnostic software
* A full UK driving licence
* A reliable, professional team player who follows procedures and gets the job done right
