Your Impact as an HGV Technician:
As an HGV Fitter, you will be vital in ensuring vehicle safety and efficiency for a diverse fleet. Your responsibilities as a dedicated Mechanic will involve:
Carrying out routine inspections, maintenance, service, and repairs on franchised and non-franchised marques, including trailers, to industry standards.
Performing a wide range of defect repairs.
Conducting fault diagnosis and rectification using manufacturer's computer systems and tooling.
Accurately completing job cards and service sheets using online systems, in line with warranty protocols.
What we're looking for:
To thrive as an HGV Technician in this role, you will need:
At least 3 years of experience within a similar role.
An NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification is essential.
An HGV licence is desired.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
