Location: Southampton
Salary: £52,(Apply online only) per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday – Early Shift: 07:00–15:30 | Late Shift: 15:30–00:00
Job Type: Permanent

We’re looking for a skilled HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or HGV Fitter to join a professional and well-equipped workshop in Southampton. Key Responsibilities of an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Service and repair a range of HGVs to high safety and performance standards
Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and manual methods
Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
Work as part of a productive team in a busy workshop
Ensure all job records and compliance paperwork are completed properly
Engage in ongoing training and development
Skills and Qualifications for an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Essential
Experience working as an HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
HGV Class 1 licence
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Positive, team-oriented attitude
