Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HGV Technician / Fabricator to join our clients team in Dartford. This is a permenant position.
45 hours per week | between 07:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary between £40,000 and £47,000 per year (DOE)
The Role:
* Maintaining and repairing Refuse Collection Vehicles to the highest standards
* Ensuring compliance with VOSA and Department of Transport specifications.
* Preparing vehicles for MOT
* Performing body and chassis repairs,
* Maintaining excellent communication with both customers and team members.
The Person:
* Excellent knowledge and experience of commercial vehicle service and repairs
* Trained to work on HGV or RCV to desired DVSA standards.
* Relevant educational qualifications such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance (or time served)
