Job Description
We are currently seeking a Late/Night HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive Commercial Vehicle Repair & Maintenance Business, based in the Portsmouth area.
The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £50,000 with OTE of circa £55,000 with working hours of Monday – Friday 18:00 – 02:00 (Flexible start and finish times available).
Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

A competitive basic salary starting at approx. £50,000, with an OTE of £55,000 depending on experience

Full-time role working 40 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times to support your work-life balance

Opportunities for future career progression within a growing groupTypical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:
Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
Assisting with breakdowns and roadside assistance when necessary
Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
Completion of MOT preparationRequirements:
Previous working experience within the role
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Excellent mechanical knowledge
