HGV Technician Supervisor – Up to £50,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Monday to Friday | Day Shift Only
Are you an experienced HGV Technician ready to step into a supervisory role?
We’re working with a well-established, multi-depot fleet operator with sites across the Manchester area. Due to growth and internal progression, they’re now looking to recruit a hands-on HGV Technician Supervisor to lead and support their day shift team.

The Role:
As HGV Technician Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the workshop, acting as the go-to person for technical support and team leadership.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a range of HGVs
*
Maintaining workshop standards and ensuring health & safety compliance
*
Liaising with depot managers and the wider fleet team
*
Supporting ongoing training and development of junior technicians
What We're Looking For:
*
Level 3 qualified HGV Technician (or equivalent)
*
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
*
Good communication and leadership qualities
*
HGV licence desirable but not essential
