Are you an experienced HGV Trailer Technician seeking a new opportunity within a reputable commercial vehicle workshop? 

Our client, a well-established company based in Rugby, is looking to recruit a dedicated HGV Trailer Technician to join their busy team. This is an excellent chance for a skilled technician with trailer or HGV experience to lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold high standards in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.

45 hours per week, with regular hoursDuties:

Carrying out trailer inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Leading the workshop team by supporting with diagnostics and technical guidance
Overseeing day-to-day workflow within the bay as an HGV Trailer Technician
Ensuring vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently
Supporting continuous improvement and high-quality standards within the workshopRequirements of the HGV Trailer Technician:

Proven mechanical experience working on trailers, HGVs, or similar large vehicles
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Positive, proactive approach to work and team support
Ability to motivate and support other technicians
