Salary: Up to £61,800 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: Night shift, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday – Friday

Your Key Responsibilities as HGV Workshop Supervisor:
* Lead and manage a team of HGV Technicians, ensuring smooth workshop operations
* Plan and allocate workload, including maintenance and repairs of HGVs
* Monitor workshop performance and maintain high safety standards
* Oversee diagnostics, fault rectification, and MOT preparation
* Ensure vehicles meet VOSA standards and all compliance requirements
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment
* Provide training, guidance, and support to workshop staff
