HGV Class 1 Driver (Ad-Hoc) – Newton Abbot
£17–£21 per hour – Part-time, Temporary
Job Summary:
Interaction Recruitment is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ad-hoc assignments with our established client in Newton Abbot. This is a great opportunity for flexible, ad-hoc work.
Pay Rates:
Monday – Friday (Days): £17.00 p/h
Monday – Friday (Nights): £18.00 p/h
Saturday (Days/Nights): £18.00 – £20.00 p/h
Sunday (Days/Nights): £19.00 – £21.00 p/h
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience (essential)
Valid HGV Class 1 Licence (C+E)
Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
No more than 6 penalty points (No DD or DR convictions)
Good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Directive
Confident in completing vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
