Job Description
HGV1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Contract: Ongoing until 31st December (potential to extend for the right driver)
Pay: £200 per day + £25 night out allowance
Are you an experienced HGV1 driver looking for consistent work with great pay and no handball?
We’re recruiting tramper drivers to join a well-established contract delivering to stores across the UK.
Shift Patterns Available
Wednesday to Sunday
Friday to Tuesday
What’s on offer:
Store deliveries – 2 to 3 drops per day
No handball involved
Sleep in cab (night out allowance provided)
Paid pre-bookable secure parking.
Start times between 05:00 – 07:00
One late start per week (approx. 14:00 or 09:00)
Average shift length: 10 hours
Friendly and supportive transport team
Ongoing work with potential extension into the new year
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
CPC and Digi Tacho card
Minimum 6 months experience preferred
Good communication and reliability
