Job Description
M4 are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to cover trunking from LU5 distribution centre.
Pay: £20.56–£25.00 per hour (Paid Breaks)
PAYE, Temp-to-Perm 3–6 months
What’s on Offer:
* Competitive pay rates:
* £20.56/hr – Day
* £22.22/hr – Night
* £23.88/hr – Overtime (aft 10hrs on shift)
* £23.88/hr – Saturdays
* £25.00/hr – Sunday/Bank Holiday
* Paid breaks and paid induction
* Career progression with the option to go permanent after 3 to 6 months
* Employee discounts, free onsite parking, and subsidised canteen
The Role:
* Trunking – depot to depot
* 4 hour start window
* 4/5 shifts per week (10–12 hour shift average)
* Join a professional, safety-focused transport team
Requirements:
* Valid UK HGV Class 1 (CE) licence
* UK Digital Tachograph & UK CPC card
* Maximum of 6 penalty points (SP & TS offences only)
* Good understanding of drivers’ hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Location: Dunstable (LU5)
