We’re currently working with a range of welcoming and well-regarded schools across the S10 area of Sheffield who are seeking passionate HLTAs to join their teams for immediate and September 2025 starts.

The Role:
As a HLTA, you will:
Support teaching and learning across a range of classes and key stages
Deliver interventions and small group work to raise attainment
Take a proactive role in planning and leading learning activities
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
What We’re Looking For:
HLTA status or relevant Level 4 qualification
Proven experience in supporting teaching and learning
A strong understanding of the UK curriculum
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for education
