High School Support Staff - Cover Supervisors & Teaching Assistants
Location: Leeds | Start Date: October 2025
Full-time & Part-time Opportunities

Veritas Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Leeds from October 2025. These roles offer flexible, rewarding work for those looking to gain experience in education or take the next step in their school support career.
Roles Available:
Cover Supervisors - leading lessons during teacher absence, delivering pre-set work, and managing classroom behaviour
Teaching Assistants - supporting students in class, with SEN needs, or in small group interventions
Requirements:
Experience working with young people (in schools or similar settings)
Confident and adaptable, with good behaviour management skills
A genuine interest in supporting student learning and development
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
