Job Description
We are working with a lovely primary school in the borough of Croydon who’s looking for a HLTA (High-Level Teaching Assistant) to join their school in September.
The position is covering different classes within the school (PPA). All of the lessons are pre-planned, and ready to be taught.
The successful candidate will be employed on a permanent, full-time basis, (employed directly by the school).
High Level Teaching Assistant Vacancy:
* The successful HLTA will cover PPA (different classes within the school, pre-planned lessons)
* Lovely, mainstream primary school located in Croydon (CR0 postcode) w/on-site parking
* 2-form entry, well-recognised primary school
* Permanent, full-time contract with the school
* Salary: £28,087 - £34,526 per annum, term time only
Requirements:
* Must have an enhanced DBS (or willingness to process a new one)
* ‘Some’ experience covering / teaching classes
* Passion for teaching and working in primary schools
* Ability to commit to a full-time role working 5 days per week
