Location: DE55, Alfreton
Pay Rate: £110 - £130 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term placement
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 15.30

A welcoming and forward-thinking school in Alfreton (DE55) is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive team. Role Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons in line with the curriculum and school priorities.
Lead targeted interventions for individuals and small groups to support learning.
Promote positive behaviour, focus, and engagement in lessons.
Cover classes when teachers are unavailable, ensuring continuity of learning.
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the pastoral team to support student development.What We're Looking For:
HLTA qualification or equivalent secondary school experience.
Confident working with KS3 and KS4 pupils.
Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
Flexible, resilient, and committed to helping every pupil succeed.
