Location: Various Secondary Schools across Croydon
Contract Type: Full-time (5 days per week)

We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team, working across a range of secondary schools in Croydon. Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.

Provide cover supervision in the absence of the class teacher.

Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience working in a secondary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
